Gift Certificate Terms

BEAUMETICS BEAUTY & THERAPY CENTER GIFT CERTIFICATE TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. Validity & Redemption This Gift Certificate must be redeemed on or before the expiration date stated on the certificate. The expiration date refers to the date by which the service must be booked and completed. BeauMetics Beauty & Therapy Center operates strictly by appointment and does not accept walk-in clients. Appointments must be scheduled a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours in advance and are subject to availability. 1. Expired Gift Certificates Gift Certificates presented after the expiration date are considered expired and hold no redeemable cash value. BeauMetics Beauty & Therapy Center is under no legal obligation to honour, extend, renew, replace, or provide credit for expired Gift Certificates. However, as a goodwill gesture and entirely at the discretion of management, recipients who attempt to book only after the certificate has expired may be offered the opportunity to receive services under the following conditions: • If redeeming the original gifted service, the recipient will be required to pay eighty percent (80%) of the current service price. • If changing to a different service with a value less than the original Gift Certificate value, the recipient will be responsible for paying the full cost of the selected service. • If changing to a different service with a value greater than the original Gift Certificate value, the recipient will be responsible for paying eighty percent (80%) of the selected service price. No further discounts, credits, adjustments, extensions, or accommodations will be provided. 1. Refund Policy Gift Certificates are refundable only within seven (7) calendar days from the date of purchase. • Refund requests must be made by the original purchaser. • Refunds will not be issued to the gift recipient. • Eligible refunds are limited to fifty percent (50%) of the purchase value. • After seven (7) calendar days from purchase, all Gift Certificate sales are final and non-refundable. 2. Full Refund Exception A full refund may be issued only where BeauMetics Beauty & Therapy Center is unable to provide the purchased service due to circumstances within the control of the business. 3. Non-Transferability & Cash Value Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash and may not be exchanged for cash, except where required by applicable law. 4. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Certificates BeauMetics Beauty & Therapy Center is not responsible for lost, stolen, altered, damaged, or unauthorised use of Gift Certificates. By purchasing, accepting, or using this Gift Certificate, the purchaser and recipient acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
