Refund Policy

BeauMetics Beauty & Therapy Center Refund & Cancellation Policy At BeauMetics Beauty & Therapy Center, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional therapeutic and aesthetic treatments (massage therapy, lash enhancements, body waxing, and brow lamination). To maintain smooth scheduling, honour our therapists' dedicated time, and ensure fairness for all guests, we operate under the following Refund & Cancellation Policy. 1. Appointment Booking & Deposit Terms 50% Non-Refundable Deposit: A deposit equal to 50% of the total service cost is required within 24 hours of booking to reserve and secure your appointment slot. Unconfirmed bookings will automatically be released to other clients after 24 hours. Remaining Balance: The remaining 50% balance is due on the day of your appointment prior to or immediately following your service. 2. Rescheduling & Cancellation Rules 24+ Hours Advance Notice: If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled start time. Your 50% deposit will be transferred to your rescheduled date (must be redeemed within 30 days). Late Cancellations (< 24 Hours Notice): Cancellations or requests to reschedule made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the immediate forfeiture of your 50% deposit. No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for an appointment without prior notification forfeit their deposit entirely. Additionally, no-show accounts may be required to pay 100% upfront for future bookings. 3. Policy on Completed Services Non-Refundable Treatments: Due to the physical time, labor, single-use sanitary supplies, and customised nature of our massage and beauty treatments, all completed services are non-refundable. Satisfaction & Adjustments: We take pride in our service quality. If you are unsatisfied with a beauty treatment (e.g., brow lamination, lash application), please inform us within 48 hours. We will arrange a complimentary consultation and adjustment. Adjustments are void if proper aftercare instructions were not followed. 4. Late Arrivals Please arrive 5–10 minutes early. If you arrive late, your service duration will be shortened to avoid delaying subsequent clients. The full service fee remains applicable. 5. Health Contraindications & Service Refusal Intake & Patch Testing: For client safety, certain treatments (e.g., lash adhesives, chemical brow lamination, waxing) require intake forms or patch testing. If a service cannot be performed due to undisclosed medical conditions, severe skin contraindications, or refusal to take a required patch test, the deposit is forfeited. Discretion: BeauMetics reserves the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting abusive behaviour, intoxication, or contagious conditions. Deposits in these circumstances will not be refunded. 6. Spa-Initiated Cancellations If BeauMetics must cancel your appointment due to therapist illness or sudden facility emergency, you will be offered an immediate reschedule or a 100% full refund of your deposit.
