Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICYAt BeauMetics Beauty & Therapy Center, we value your business and ask that you respect our appointment scheduling policies. Please read our terms below regarding deposits, cancellations, and late arrivals. 1. Booking Deposit & Payment50% Deposit Required: A non-refundable 50% deposit is required within 24 hours of booking to secure your appointment slot. Unconfirmed bookings will automatically be released after 24 hours. Balance Due: The remaining 50% balance is due on the day of your treatment. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling24+ Hours Notice: You may reschedule your appointment without penalty if you notify us at least 24 hours prior to your start time. Your deposit will transfer directly to your rescheduled date (must be booked within 30 days). Less Than 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the immediate forfeiture of your 50% deposit. No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without notifying us, your deposit will be forfeited. Future bookings may require 100% upfront payment. 3. Late Arrivals: Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled start time. Arriving late will reduce your overall treatment time out of respect for the next client, but the full service price will still apply. 4. Spa-Initiated Cancellations: If BeauMetics must cancel or adjust your appointment due to therapist emergencies or unexpected facility issues, you will be offered an immediate reschedule or a 100% full refund of your deposit.
