Your place in the programme
These briefs explain how each contribution can support CJE’s overall success. They are invitations to explore an agreed role, not automatic appointments or editorial grants.
Everyone is welcome to propose a contribution. Only a representative explicitly approved by the Merchant may control wording and imagery in an assigned CJE section. An enquiry, stakeholder role or expression of interest gives no editorial access. CJE retains publication control; permissions for official statements, brands and imagery still apply.
Support a specific part of the programme and receive a clear account of what your partnership made possible.
What your partnership could enable
- A properly costed artist-development or accommodation bursary.
- Local production, studio time or accessible transport.
- A rights-cleared television programme and confirmed airtime.
- A completed cross-island collaboration and its approved release.
- A beneficiary-approved community activity or fundraising campaign.
A recipient-centred proposal
Agree objectives, audience relevance, deliverables, dates, brand approvals and a budget before naming a package price. We will not invent sponsorship tiers, guaranteed media value or audience totals before the programme and inventory are confirmed.
Evidence of delivery
- Approved placements, publication or airing evidence and documented programme activity.
- Agreed expenditure and supplier delivery records within the sponsor’s disclosure scope.
- Separate reporting for restricted community contributions.
- Concise highlights, shortcomings and corrective action, rather than selective success claims.
- No access to other sponsors’ agreements, private artist information or merchant-wide finance by default.
Ethical limits
Sponsorship cannot purchase favourable artistic review, festival selection, beneficiary access, undisclosed editorial endorsement or control of a participant’s private data. Historical sponsor relationships do not automatically apply to this programme.
